Description
Some maps have experienced more adventures than others. To keep track of which map did what, they all have a unique map-id that is usually printed in the bottom-right corned of the map. We also added a semi-hidden fingerprint to be able to tell a real map from a fake, just in case. To let the maps go travelling, we take a random serie of maps out for different adventures, and document what they did. In case they experience further adventures together with you, you can print that on the back. Maps from different series can be ordered from us as collector items, if we still have some left.
Serie 1 maps. Maps with the map-nr 1-12A3, 1-11A3, 1-6A3, 1-1A4, 1-9A3, 1-2A4, 1-7A3, 1-4A4, 1-8A3, 1-13A3, 1-10-A3, 1-3A4, 1-5A4, 1–2A3, 1-11A4, 1-12A4, 1-13A4, 1–3A3, 1–2A4, 1–3A4, 1–1A4 has experienced the following: been floating in the ocean, dried in the setting sun, been soaked in a thunderstorm, been crawled upon by crabs, been scratched by a sea shell and wetted by sea weed, been on a ship, been on a roadless island with natives. The maps 1–1A4, 1–2A4, and 1–3A4 was also copied to a very rare mini size, with one torn edge. This serie is the very first official Chartagon maps with a history, and they look sligthly different than the rest of the maps.
